I am all for it ---I work for agency. I have been a cna for 10 years and just started agency.
I make alot more money and pick the days and hours
I want to work. It isn't easy I take care of
residents I know nothing about and some of the cna's
are very rude andwon't tell you anything or even help
you lift. I would think they would appreciate the help...
