20 Year Club > How to Join

HOW TO ENROLL

�

Eligibility - If you are a nursing assistant who has worked in nursing homes, home care or other long term care settings for 20 or more years, you are eligible to join the National Twenty Year Club.� Your work can be in a variety of different long term care settings.

�

Individual nursing assistants � Membership is provided by sponsors to eligible individual nursing assistants with no cost to the nursing assistant.

�

Member facilities, groups and organizations may enroll a group of NAs for a nominal fee to cover cost of postage and certificates.� Contact CNAP to discuss fees for your group of NAs.�

�

Non-member facilities, groups and organizations may enroll nursing assistants for the fee of $10.00/person.
