I am developing a program to help CNAs advance in their careers. If you all have thoughts about the following questions, please let me know.
What do you think are the best career opportunities for CNAs? How do you advance your career? Do you have better experiences working in individual homes, nursing homes or hospitals? What types of additional training or experience do you need to advance?
