I am sorry to hear of your situation and the conditions in your nursing home. Calling a meeting is good. I am trying to figure out if state was called in when your resident jumped out the window. I would think that there would be an investigation. I can not imagine any patient wih an history of elopment or extreme confusion to be on a 3rd floor. Each floor should be sorted according to the patient's needs. Please let us know of the outcome of your meeting. I am hoping that Jeni can help you out. Hang in there.
