Unfortunately, this exists almost everywhere..
(if not everywhere).. I would suggest that you just maintain focus on delivering quality care..
if your co-workers have their clique, so be it..
would you really want to be part of it... NOT!!!
if your co-workers refuse to help you when you
need it, report it to your supervisor ASAP.. I
have been an RN for 35 years so if you need to
"vent" to someone, please feel free to email me!!!
