I have tried to avoid the awful conversations going on between the employees, ie management complaints, gossip about other employees, etc. but now I feel my collegues have turned against me cuz Im not part of the click. Some of the talk is childish and nonsense. All kinds of rumors are started and it is difficult to work under such conditions. Any advice for an STNA who wants to do her best and get her job done without all the nonsense complaining??
