Hi there...
The only advice I can give you is to either work agency work, or either work for a hospital doing supplemental CNA work where you make your own schedule. Whatever your choice, explain to your potential employer your goals and aspirations. If they don't respect them and won't work with you, rest assured, you don't want to work for them.
