Thank you for your reply. I couldn't wait any longer and called around until I found someone who remembered my Instructors last name and phone number and I called her. Guess what she said? She said, fax everything you have to the registry. And yes, I got 2 years. She also said, that the little card is my CNA certification. And yes, I'm still certified. I'm so happy right now I could dance. It's a good thing I hung on to all of my papers and grade report. Tomorrow I'm going back to the facility where I applied for CNA job and let them do the faxing. Done with housekeeping.
