I work in a nursinghome and I heard a CNA tell a resident in a harsh tone to be quite, there are no goats in hear! The resident has problems comunicating and was not smiling and neither was the CNA. Her RN heard what she said to the resident but didn't say anything to her. In a meeting I told my supervisor about it but she said, it was a joke. I need your opinon. |
