i just start working on Merry haven on snohomish, WA. the first day i am on floor i had 15 , the second day i have 18, i talk to the person in charge of CNA , she told me it just for a day, but i ask the CNA that had work there for years, they all told me since they work there, it had always been like that,
i don't think that is right, is any way i could find a place to report that, cause the resident not having enough care that they need, they put too many resident on one CNA, also the shif on 10pm-6pm is 30RES/1CNA, how can we do our job right ??? |
