Login Tip: If after attempting to connect  your receive a message saying that your name requires a password it is because that "User Name" has been registered by another user and only they can use it. We have noticed that most of the common names, ie: Jim, Bob, Sally, etc., have already been taken. You will probably have the best luck by adding the initials "cna" before or after your name, ie: cnajim or jimcna.
