Salary ranges in souther Ohio

I will complete my nusing asst. training in a few week. Im in Dayton, Ohio and would like to know about salary expectations. I would like to know which companies pay and benifits aviailable, patient to staff ratio would help also. Please excuse my ignorance on this matter. I have not finished my course and woluld like any information posible.
