In com[parrison, I found, with an average of 40 hours,
split shifting, like one day working 10 am to 10 pm
next day 4-10 next day off,
wed 10 am to 3pm
Thursday 4 pm to close
etc etc I've found, that when I made 5.25 an hour for caring for 12 residents
I doubled my salary, in one week, aeraging out anywhere including the 2.31 an hour, and tips, from 9.00
to 10.00 an hour.
I AM NOT CONDONING doing this.
I'm researching this. to see the balance of the work,
vs pay, and why CNA's are leaving the field of nursing care.
