CNA's are the back bone of nursing homes but we are continually treated as incompitent by our employers. Having an employer that realised that the place would fall apart with out us would be nice for a change. Getting good pay, like we are worth, would be nice also. Having the place set up so we could actually provide good, quality care where we can attend to the residents other importnat needs, i.e. emotional, spriritual, etc. There is nothing more frustrating than being a cna that actually gives a dam, but your facility over loads you so much that you can't show it.
