CNA's to LVN's and/or RN's ????

Does anyone know of any programs offering such opportunity? Or perhaps websites where I can get information on this? I had been told that Thru at least 5 years of experience, CNA's can actually just take a state approved pharmacology class and be eligible to become an LVN...been researching on this issue on the web but to no avail. Please help! Thanks.
