Hi there, I am currently taking a CNA course in Indiana. My goals are to work my way up to become an RN. I plan on taking a QMA course when I am through with getting my CNA certification. I am not sure of the pay scale for CNA or QMA here in Indiana. My instructor said the Indiana is only 1 of 3 states that utilized QMA's, so I can't find any information on the net about it. It's going to be a tough road going to school to get my RN degree, and along the way I am trying to take little steps that with both get me hands on training but also pay more as I go. Is anyone familiar with Indiana and the role of QMA and what you can expect for compensation? Thanks, Michelle
