:i agree, i work in an alzheimer's unit at night, all alone without even a nurse. i have mono but can't even call in sick one day after having scheduled, (non-consensual) overtime.
...plus, i make 10 cents more an hour, not a dollar....
They pay a dollar more to work at night ....
