This has to be reported. You can do this without being involved by

1. contacting the ombudsman in your state or

2. sending the info to your National office of the NNNCNA at [email protected]>, or

3. ask Melvin who has this message board to report this for you.

In any event, we are required by law to report this type of thing and we also are required to maintain your privacy. If we report this, they have to investigate.

If you feel comfortable, by all means talk with your DON,Inservice person or Adminstrator, but if you want to stay out of it, you do not need to tell us your name. We just need the name of the person you think is a felon, the name of the facility, city and state. Do not post this name on the message board. You must email us privately.
