The Rosalynn Carter Center is inagurating a new award for professional caregivers, to recognize exemplary professional caregivers across the nation who demonstrate uncommon levels of competence and care to those in need and their family caregivers.

There are four categores...
LPN, CNA, Nurse's Aide/Patient Care Technician, and Home Health Aide.

This might be an excellent opportunity to nominate and recognize some working in more direct support with individuals and families, either in self determination supports, or other settings.

The due date for nominations is February 13.
