| Hello Melvin! A few questions for you and the members. |

What makes the Male NA task force unique?
Is it really all male?
What is the HOT topic(s) for this group?
What is done with our input on subjects such as "granny cams"?
A topic that is hot right now "is a reflex reaction considered willful abuse"?
What are your positions on these topics, and the groups position?
Does the group plan on doing presentations or speaking for various groups such as the Rotory club, K of C, Lions club, and many more all located in local communities?
Western NC is in need of a group which is part of a national organization. The time is right for more involvement and community education by CNAs. The responses I have gotten back by those really involved (CNAs) in this area feel left out by the title of your group. You see, the vast majority are women. The men can be counted on one hand. I hope with more exposure of your group we will find more males wishing to get involved. Do you have a PR Kit or position statement handout? Most peoples that contacted me wish to know more about your groups activities and actual positions on the topics of: staffing crisis, single task workers, granny cams, pay, benefits, career ladder or promotion levels for CNAs.
Thank you very much and looking forward to hearing from you and your members.
Rich and other interested parties.
