C.N.A.S getting shift report think that is a must as we end up working with each other patients from time to time.I know when I go in each morning that I want to know how my patients were during the night and did they have any problems as well as the other patients.really when you work in a nursing home they are everones patients.think that if everone knows what is going on with each patient it is a help to everone as well as the family.I do belive in shift reports that way no one is keeping things from you that you should know and it is worth sitting and taking report and gives you that extra cup of coffee in the morning while you are taking notes.
