They pay a dollar more to work at night ....
call ins are not replaced....
two C.N.A.'S for 53 residents.....
they dont use lifts.......
the heat is unbearable.......
the resident is so clamy hot sleeping just with sheet or no cover at all.
you are lifting residents that are dead wait......
then at 5:00 in the morning you have two hours to get 53 residents up that is so CRAZY. some want up so they try them self and fall out of bed.......
then when you look around you see this is nuts to do this for work.......
Wow this is my third nurseing home they are all the same in Missouri they abuse the C.N.A's what can be done??????????????????????????????????????????????
