I,figured if u work with nice people. then u get
nicer staff to help u..The people that I,worked for the people were nice. but they were very under staff.. I,felt sorry for some of the residents that were taken care of in a polite way,
Yes there were some that..Needed a little bit more help at night assting them. Then u have other c.n.a that hide and cant be found when u need help.. they all run offf.....
nurseing homes are nice to work for but they need more than one staff of nurses on duty....
