i will never, ever work at another facility again that makes me come in at midnight, changes my schedule 5 times a day or tell me i have to stay another 8 hours after ive worked a full shift. no one will ever tell me again that i cant go home because its snowing and someone isnt coming in. no one will ever make me work xmas, thanksgiving or new years and no one is going to make me miss any more weddings, baby showers, wedding showers or family gatherings because they cant give me the weekends off. ill never have to hear again..we dont have the staffing..because the administration decided it was more important to buy new furniture for the offices. im sorry..i cant advocate going in to this business at all..i stayed because it was damn good pay..but my mentle health was more important..i dont encourage this job to any one who wants a good life with out living around the hospitals schedule. i payed a steep price for leaving that job and tho its been 2 years im just getting back onto my feet finacially..but it was worth every lost dollar..i dont care..heres to you bedford va hospital..YOU SUCK!!!
