Hi Debbie,
Do you have the Nurse Aide Handbook? My suggestion is to make an index card for each skill. Write all the steps for each skill on the index card. Read them outloud to yourself. Then give them to someone else and ask them to quiz you. This way you are logging the information into several different parts of your brain- hearing, seeing, writing. When test day comes even if you get anxious the information will be easier to access- heck ONE of those parts of your brain is going to remember the information! The night before the test do something relaxing for yourself. If you have the opportunity to practice with a buddy quiz each other. Good luck!

: I WILL BE TAKING MY N.Y. STATE EXAM ON MARCH 6-7TH. I AM VERY NERVOUSE, ABOUT THE SKILLS PATR OF THE TEST DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH THE SKILLS PART OF THE TEST.
