I work in a rehibilitation setting as a Educational Nurse and Quality improvement. I work with some really great CNAs that I love dearly. There is no time for the CNA to listen to the Nursing report many times it is lenghtly and much of the information does not pertain to their job specifics. I have asked them to come up with ways they could recieve report and no one has any workable solutions. Please help these great people resolve the issue by sharing your ideas. They do not take patient assignments they are assigned to assist on a wing of 14 patients. Thank you!
