Then it would have been documented. It only takes afew more minutes of time to gain a witness to the effect,

It's also a CYA if a family member comes in and hears or sees how the rsident is screaming nd fighting, which would lead them to think
that it's abuse. with all documentation, and a witness the charge nurse etc., knows it was done nd how the residents reactions are.
