CNA utility cut off non/payment

Lisa Beamon left for work monday(4-10), left her three children ages 4-9-11, recently, their light had been cut off due to non-payment. She used oil lamps to see by and heat by, and usually, she a neighbor will listen out for them, while at work Lisa gets a call from the neighbor who told her there had been a fire, and her 4 year old had died.
The paper stated that Lisa had sought community services, but there were too little fund. The district att. may seek charges on neglect, Little Calvin was funeralized today 4-15.
