The DON would not allow anyone on the list to work until they brought their cert's in. The CNA who turned them in didn't get fired because of that, she was "RIDING THE CLOCK" for about two hours every day with out doing her job. We are extremely short staffed now, and they refuse to call agency. The Staffing Coordinator told me directly that we can "suffer"...
I have a meeting with the DON and Administrator tomorrow morning. The staffing lady was supposed to be promoted to ADON-but not after that comment! Not if I have anything to say about it!
