Hello, I want to tell you whats been going on now!
A few weeks ago, a fellow CNA got terminated. Apparently she knew that some people were working as CNA's without certification. So, when she went home, she called STATE! As a result, 17 girls had to be pulled off the floor! 2 of them had worked there for 2-3 years! I just couldn't believe that the DON didn't catch this earlier. We used agency for one shift(During a hurricane) and the staffing coordinator told me directly that the storm was the the only reason she "supplemented" and that "other than that...They can suffer". Aren't we supposed to have management that supports us?
