I have enjoyed you message board very much. It has helped me gain insight into the issues of CNAs. Can anyone offer any suggestions for resolving shift wars. This has recently become a huge problem and nothing I have tried so far has worked. The CNAs are very caring and they work hard but as with us all they are not perfect. They attack each other with the most viscious tongues and I fear they will cause us to lose some good CNAs. I look forward to your ideas.
