I have been searching endlessly to find a CNA union to join.One that is much like a Labor union to back CNA's up when they are treated unfairly or harrassed by nurses or other staff in a LTC facility.I live in KY if anyone has any info please E-mail me.I think there is time for change in the way good and compassionate aides are treated by others who have "authority".
