If you think harassment at your job is bad wait until you work in a factory. I've work in two factories for over 10 years now and I have been sexually and emotional harrassed almost daily. From co-workers as well as supervisors. The best thing to do is stand up for yourself the moment something is said or done and let that person know you don't play those games. I am quilty of joking around with people and sometimes they get the wrong idea- you learn quick who you can joke with and who you have to stay completely professional with. Harrassment is everywhere. Once you start taking a stand it should stop. You don't have to be rude either, just say that you don't feel comfortable with whatever is said or done.

I hope this helps.
