I'm not real fond of online courses. They are ok for learning what to do but with no clinicals you don't know how to do things with the patients. That may cause you to fail the clinical part of your state exam. The essay is their final no your states certification. You still need to take the state test. Once you are certified in MN you can check to see what GA will require. These are the people you need to talk to:
