In the Cleveland area - call Red Cross, Menorrah Park, Eliz Jennings. Aristocrat Berea.
Your best bet is to call a nursing home near t your home and ask. Every nursing home in this country must either teach the NA course or send their NAs to training. They will know where current classes are being held.
