you do have to look at a number of factors here - like the time it takes to get to a job - especially if a home worker cares for 3-4 in a day - the travel time is usually not paid. In addition, the work may not be steady- few home worker jobs will guarantee full time. Look also at benefits. if all of this adds up to increase pay for you, then by all means go for it.
