Hello Ohio - yes Ohio is the only state where NAs are called STNAs.

Please email me privately at and tell me where you are in Ohio. We are your National Professional Organization and our offices are near Akron Ohio. I have a box of old text books and you are welcome to look through these and take what you want but you would have to be able to pick them up.

Also you can get some good tips about finding a NA Training program at no cost on this web site - Look for the buttons on the left side of this page - click on New NA FAQ and click on "how to find a NA Training Program" This will give you lots of good info about getting into training programs at no cost.
