Today we are meeting with our 2nd new regional director since the new company took over back in June. The old regional said that things would vastly improve for us and our facility would be a much better place now that they were managing it. Well, let's see... they decreased the staff, they increased the workload, they took away some of the staff's pay, morale is at rock bottom.....Yep, I'd say they improved the place. So far, they have invested 15,000 in shrubs and landscaping, a new sign(with 2 lights instead of just one), new paint, new band-aid color wallpaper, stupid looking-1970's uniforms, ,etc.
I wonder what kind of promises this one will make and decide that we don't need anymore.
