CNA Bill of Rights

Awhile ago I read on one of the CNA sites a CNA Bill of Rights. I wonder if anyone can tell me now where to find it again. I would like to post it at our facility. I think with all the lawsuits and short staffing these days some in "management" need to read it. Our DON and ADON are under the impression we are doormats. Of course that was until, because of their neglect in hiring additional CNA's, they had to work the 11-7 shift the other night. There were 2 CNA's for 56 residents.. they refused. This ratio has become the norm and out of hand. Hopefully, they got the idea of the actual work CNA's do. If anyone knows of this Bill of Rights.... please email me..... [email protected] thanks God Bless
