I remember when a new R.N. started at my work place about 15 yrs ago. The CNAs where told not to bother the MDs when they where in the building because they had work to do.
We where not to be anywhere near the MDs.
THis person is now the DON and her opinion of the CNAs has not changed we are still "very low on the pole". SO many of us don't say/give opinions, what is the point,this is cause enough to get a talking to.
THis in one of the reasons I no longer work as a CNA--no respect at all!!
