Thank you for reconizing there is a problem in the nursing field. I am willing to have my voice be heard. I am a CNA (STNA) with 1 1/5 yrs. experience in a nursing care facility. I had lower wages than fast food restaurnt and was abused by residents. But I still tried to give quallity care the residents needed. After a year, I went PRN and started working for home health care. The work is less stressfull and more enjoyable. I feel the field can be very rewarding for anyone in the medical field if they fix the issues that need to be fixed. Thanks for trying to improve it!
