Glad to welcome you to the fulfilling profession of a CNA. As far as your concern goes, don't think of it as something to "deal with". You are given the honor of preparing the deceased for their family. This is the time of goodbyes and reflection. You will be instumental (though behind the sceens) in assisting in this process. I take great pride in knowing that my resident looks at peace and well cared for. That can be a huge help for families.
That you are concerned about this shows you are putting a great deal of thought into your new profession, I predict you'll make a great cna!

: I'm a Male CNA and new to the Health Care field,unlike my wife(LPN).I will be going to work at the same Nursing Home she works at in the next week,I only have one large reservation and that is dealing with a client after he or she has passed.I now the CNA has the job of getting the client cleaned and ready for the family.Can someone please give me some words wisdom on how to deal with this.I plan on making the best of this new career !
