The night that I am talking about WAS my one night of training. It was not one night of training and then that, it was that all on one night.

I went in the next day to find that she had gone to our staff development coordinator and just about everyone else in the building with her report of how worthless I am as a CNA.

I told them that I would not under any circumstances work in this situation again, and that should it occur again for any reason, more than one call would be made. I can't give good care under those conditions.

I also told her that I would not ever work under that particular nurse again, and I'm anxious to see how soon I'll be scheduled under her again so they can see just how serious I am.
