I was told by my doctor. There is NO WAY I can continue to work there if I am taking ativan
and worse yet, I well, am in complete menopause.
He said, the stresses of this LTC are really messing with me and now the "change" is going to greatly affect
my ability to do what they require unless I work only floors with 2 people help.
FOHE TIME BEING, I will be able to take my testing for CNA at that Nursing home
provided I do pay out my own TX 64.00 and whatever.
So actually this is NO PROBLEM because my intent is to go on to Hospice working
in same NURSING HOME giving baths etc., like the other Hospice CNA's do.
etc. The CNA HOSPICE'S that we have do not break their backs
with lifing etc. and they do get help from the CNA's at the Facility
when a transfer is needed.

I intend to fullfil my CNA obligation to remain a CNA
just not in a Nursing Facility setting as such.

I WILL CONTINUE TO fight for CNA's just like I still do,
but I'm not going to be directly involved with Nursing Home care.
