Tom: you and me both! As a DON, it is one of our most difficult tasks. Our facility has a core group of "career CNAs" and that's the only way we survive. Usually about 1/3 turn over so that means that if you have 10 staff on duty probably 3 - 4 of them really don't care. THe remaining staff are the dedicated, loyal, I'm always there when scheduled, you can count on me CNAs. THank God (literally) for them. THey are tremendous and deserve a whole lot more appreciation and $$ than they usually receive. Please contact me regarding your search! Jane
