Need help In Houston !

We as CNA'S are standing alone at our healthcare facility out of the 19, we are affiliated with. We are unionized we are trying to get support from all national group and organization that we can. We are becoming few as we are slowly being weeded out.
Most of us have been there for tweny years to two years. We can't keep new CNA'S because of the cheap wages and high medical insurance.
We have a election coming up next month we need speakers to continue encourage us right now. We plan to endure to the end inspite of what might happen.
If anyone is interested PLEASE! PLEASE! contact me soon as possible.
Hopeful we can start a CHAPTER here in Houston if there isn't already one.
