I am interested (along with several other people at my facility) in creating a "career ladder" or something that will allow CNAs to advance career-wise. I am a staff development consultant and CNAs comprise one of the largest groups of employees I serve. What are some of the programs or career ladders, etc that you have experienced or worked in, did they wor, did you like them, why or why not? PLEASE HELP!
