We supply positive feed back with verbal recognization, monthly awards (We print the awards off the computer and frame them with frames from the dollar store & gift wrap them), happy stickers (You can also get these from the dollar store) that they wear on their uniforms for the day and alot of smiles back pats and hugs. Always remember that your cna's are skilled and caring workers, and the most important thing they neeed is respect.
