Sharing Certificates - dont do it

We have seen a number of requests for certificates lately and although some requests may be harmless, others are a scam to get you to share your certificate for their profit.

It is never wise to share your certificate nor to send a copy to anyone other than a State Agency or your own personell file - AND THEN be sure that COPY is written all over it so that your name and dates cannot be changed. You worked hard for this. It is your responsibility to protect your certificate and State approval.

Just know that if you do share your certificate with anyone, they will not be on the State Registry and will not be able to work in your State anyhow and you could lose your approval for unethical practice.

If asked - the answer is NO.
