Dominique, you are a good detective - thanks for suggesting this site. The Direct Care Alliance is an organization that brings together NAs, providers, agency folks and consumers to discuss issues of direct care. Our organization, the National Network of Career Nursing Assistants is one of the founding organizations of the Direct Care Alliance.
We would love for you to be involved and if you will email me privately, I can send you more info about how to work with the NAs on this committee.
